Revel Puck Circus hosted Mile Rainbow CIC and their performance: Exotic East Asian Dance Show as part of the Leyton Puck Series in Summer 2023. The performance attracted an intimate audience from the local community and the dancers presented heartwarming and beautiful movement sequences. Their director, Hong, demonstrated so much passion and the performers bought their love and sense of community into the venue. The show demonstrated incredible traditional dances from around East Asia and their audience interaction bought all of the attendees together. We were really proud to have had the opportunity to host Hong and Mile Rainbow CIC. - Nix, Producer, The Revel Puck Circus

We enjoyed the East Asian dance show performance at Revel Puck Circus very much, part of the multidisciplinary approach adopted by Mile Rainbow CIC to empower one to improve wellbeing.  It was inspiring and delightful; I’ve been looking for something join in the way of physical and well-being.

We are hoping to attend Hong Zhou MBBS MSc MPH MHFA's free dance classes. Rowan is 10 with autism and I’m a mummy who would like to increase some confidence and reduce a bit of anxiety.

Thank you for sharing your knowledge and skills for the benefit of others.

The East Asian Dance Show was great! Obviously Hong Zhou MBBS MSc MPH MHFA danced very well and wonderful with the brisk music. It became more lively after many spectators, audiences were invited to dance together.  Hong taught simple but beautiful steps and made them as professional dancers. I saw many people very enjoy it including myself. - Gill, London

I had not read the blurb for the East Asian Dance show properly before turning up, but I already loved the big top in Jubilee Park and I'm always keen to see new things. I was expecting a *show* but what we got was so much more. It was humbling to see the smiles on the faces of the current students and those recruited from the audience. We witnessed the raw power of dance to put people in a different headspace. The focus required and the satisfaction gained from dancing *in a group* with others was plain to see. We know the fantastic use of dance for those living with Alzheimer's, to enable them to connect with memories when they've lost so much. It was suddenly clear to me how much benefit dancing with others in a group can bestow - not just raving, but learning and dancing the same moves so you feel a physical connection to the other people present. I was inspired to find out more and to take part if I can, and the therapeutic power of group dancing is going to be my soapbox subject for the next while. – Kit, London
